We have built a reputation for providing high-quality and reliable rebuilt gearboxes to our customers all over the nation.

We make it so easy for the producer to use our rebuilt units in many ways. The main cause of gearbox failure is the cheap imported Chinese oil seals used on the Chinese built OEM gearboxes. The seals fail quickly, and the lubricant starts leaking out and ultimately the input shaft bearings fail as they don't run very long without lubricant. The solution to this is to use the cartridge type seals we use when we rebuild on both the output and input shafts as they are not exposed to the elements of moisture & grit that cause failures.

We sell pre-owned, bench tested motor stators based on availability at approximately 1/2 price of a new comparable stator and we also have new Durst & Lindsay stators available as well. All gearboxes are disassembled all the way down, all components (shafts, housings, gears, end caps, etc.) are inspected, sandblasted and are run through the parts washer for cleaning before being reassembled. When we assemble the wheel drives, we use all Grade 8 bolts and there are also grade 8 mounting bolts with lock washers added to the back of each wheel drive gearbox. We include 8 lug nuts, one on each lug bolt to protect the threads from getting damaged and for mounting the wheel on the gearbox when installed.

All gearboxes are filled with lubricant and are ready to be installed when they leave our shop. We will rebuild your gearboxes or do an exchange, same price either way. We do not rebuild Durst, Omni or other after-market gearboxes therefore all of our rebuilt gearboxes are OEM (Valmont for Valley Pivots or UMC for Zimmatic, Reinke and others) with OEM parts to provide Top Quality rebuilt pivot irrigation gearboxes at a discounted price.
